Painting Porcelain Basin

Step 1: Help!

My grandmother did beautiful painting on porcelain. It was absolutely some of the most beautiful work I have seen. Unfortunately, I didn't pick up that gene.

In my bathroom, the sink is white porcelain, rectangular in shape
(15 1/2"L x 21 !/4" W, and since the surface is concave, goes from

5 1/4" at highest point to 4 1/4" at the lowest point). I live in Virginia Beach, VA and am looking for someone to paint this basin. I want it all one color, and then some type of contemporary design over that.

I don't think that this forum is for this type of information, but I'm hoping for some advice. Thank you.
